Linking Poverty Reduction and Road Management in Ethiopia

The Ethiopian Herald recently reported on the 6th Ethiopian Rural Travel and Transport Programme (ERTTP) meeting in Addis Ababa. As well as new initiatives to expand Ethiopia's rural road network participants highlighted the need for integrating road network management with wider development programmes.
