A New Road Ahead - an independent IFRTD

1st April 2009 has become a key date in the history of the IFRTD Network. After 17 years under the wing of the UK-based NGO, Practical Action, the IFRTD Secretariat took its first steps down a new road, as an independent  non-profit organisation.  This issue of Forum News reflects upon what independence means to the network and, importantly, what it means to you as a member of IFRTD.
